Girls on Girls is a British independent adult film studio producing lesbian and sapphic cinema for selected UK and European distribution. We work with verified performers, run intimacy coordination on every shoot, and keep our output narrow on purpose. What we produce
We make scene-length and short-film lesbian and sapphic adult cinema, in-house, with a small permanent team. Solo, duo and group scenes; some scripted, most loosely directed around the chemistry of the performers we cast. Our release schedule is intentionally smaller than a generalist studio's, because we only make this kind of work and we do not licence material that was made elsewhere.
Productions are written, shot, edited and delivered by the same small crew. Every shoot runs with intimacy coordination, on-set wellbeing support, written contracts and verified IDs in place before the camera turns on. The standards are not perks; they are the working conditions our performers and crew expect, and they are how we run every set.
Finished work is sold to a short list of vetted UK and European adult platforms. We do not upload to public tube sites and we do not licence to platforms with a poor record on leaks. Performer protections, distribution terms and usage rights are set out in writing in the contract for every booking.

Most adult film jobs in the UK come through generalist agencies that book performers across every category. We work the other way around. We make lesbian and sapphic adult cinema exclusively, which means our sets, our direction and our duty of care are all built around what works for women performing with women.
We're a small UK-owned studio. No corporate parent, no third-party rentals. Every production is conceived, shot, edited and distributed in-house, and every production is girl-on-girl. It's the only kind of content we make.
Day rates sit above the UK industry average for lesbian scenes. You'll have the rate, scene outline and shoot length in writing before you commit to a booking, with no surprises on the day.
Intimacy coordination, a wellbeing lead present at every shoot, clear consent paperwork, ID verification and STI test certificates exchanged in advance. This is the floor, not a perk.
We sell only to a small number of vetted UK and EU adult platforms. No tube-site uploads, no leaks-tolerated partners, no licensing of work made outside our studio.
First-time performers, established performers, couples: we cast across the full range. New performers get a proper onboarding call and a slower, lower-pressure first booking.
Cis, trans and non-binary women and femme performers all welcome. Our briefs are written around chemistry and performance, not around narrow casting boxes.
We're actively looking for women across the UK for paid lesbian and bisexual adult film work in 2026. Lesbian, bisexual, bi-curious and queer women are all welcome to apply, with no expectation of a particular look, body type or background.
If you're a couple, friends or co-applicants wanting to perform together, mention that on the form. We cast established girl-girl pairings regularly and the process is the same.
